Our professionals have held senior level valuation positions in industry, government, and professional services settings (in both the valuation services group of an international accounting firm and with two independent valuation firms). Independence
Independence is imperative to the preparation of a defensible valuation. Our only business involves the valuation of closely held business interests and other financial assets. We are independent both in fact and appearance. We do not provide investment banking services, services that many times result in a conflict of interest if provided in conjunction with a business valuation. We do not provide accounting, auditing, or tax preparation services, services that if provided in conjunction with a business valuation may result in the appearance of lack of independence.
